Inserts
What:
A program for Homesteader advertisers to direct-mail a letter or flyer to each new homeowner household when they first move in.
Why:
The best time to focus on new homeowners is when they first arrive.
How:
By taking advantage of our regular mailings to new homeowners, we can cost-effectively offer First Contact services to our advertisers. We insert their flyer or letter into each new homeowner’s first issue. There are between 200-600 brand new homeowners each month in each Homesteader territory.
Cost:
Only $150 per month per edition for advertisers. Advertisers must supply the printed inserts. Upon request, we can coordinate typesetting and printing of inserts at an additional charge. Four-color insert printing can also be an affordable option. Ask for details!
Mailing Labels
What:
Peel and Stick mailing labels of new homeowners are also available, or you can get a monthly diskette with the data in “text” format or an email of the file.
Why:
Some businesses might still prefer to direct-mail their own welcoming letter or offer to new homeowners. Plus, our diskette or email list includes other valuable information like both buyer’s names (typically husband and wife), and the purchase price of the home.
Cost:
Only $50 per month per edition (to advertisers.) Please specify format: email, peel-and-stick labels, or diskette.
